Roma are readying a THIRD bid for Arsenal and Tottenham target Jean-Michael Seri.

The Serie A club have already had offers of £13.25m and £22m snubbed by Nice, who are determined to get the highest price possible for the midfielder.

But Roma are not willing to give up the chase for Seri and RMC has reported that an offer worth £31m is now in the offing.

Nice are said to want £35m for Seri but it has been suggested that they could do business once Roma's latest bid is lodged.

That will come as bad news to both Arsenal and Spurs who have tracked the 25-year-old Ivorian intently.

But it seems as though his future lies in Rome after he agreed personal terms on a contract with the Italian side with a five-year deal waiting to be signed once a fee is agreed.
