Moussa Sissoko reveals Champions League dream, but insists he is happy at Newcastle for now

Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko has revealed he wants to play in the Champions League - but is committed to the club for now.

The France international has been linked with Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain in the past but stayed put in the summer.

The 26-year-old has now revealed he wants to play in the Champions League, even though he is content at St James' Park for now.

"I hope to play in the Champions League one day. Newcastle did everything to keep me [in the summer]," Sissoko told Canal+.

"Yes of course [I want to continue with Newcastle], I have a contract with them and I want to continue. Lots of things could happen but I leave my agent to deal with all that.

"We are not in the right position in the league, we know it."
