Everton’s end of season awards - renamed The Dixies - is taking place at Liverpool’s Philharmonic Hall tonight.

Manager Ronald Koeman, his backroom staff and the entire first-team squad will attend the event.

Nearly 1,300 tickets have also been made available for ordinary Evertonians to purchase and enjoy the evening.

Awards presented on the night include Player of the Season, Young Player of the Season, Player’s Player of the Season, Under-23 Player of Season, the Chairman’s Blueblood Award, the Howard Kendall Award and the Fan of the Year. A new award this year is the Individual Performance of the Season. A former player will also be named as the latest Everton Giant and inducted into the club's Hall of Fame.

The entertaining night in prospect is a far cry from 12 months ago, when the end of season awards ceremony was postponed in wake of Roberto Martinez’s sacking.

Romelu Lukaku is favourite to land the Player of the Season award following his goalscoring heroics this year while Tom Davies is tipped to land the U23 Player of the Season award.

Here at RBM we will keep you up-to-date with all the award winners and any gossip to emerge from the evening.
