Arsenal and Chelsea will meet again on Wednesday evening in the second leg of their League Cup semi-final after the first ended goalless at Stamford Bridge.

The teams now head to the Emirates to decide who will go on to face either Manchester City or Bristol City in the Wembley final.

The first clash was a game of few chances, but both are coming off rampant victories in the Premier League at the weekend so will be confident of getting on the scoresheet this time round.

Chelsea hammered Brighton 4-0 away from home, whilst the Gunners trounced Crystal Palace 4-1 at the Emirates.

Team news

Nacho Monreal and Aaron Ramsey are both nearing returns to the Arsenal first team, but Wednesday could come too soon for them both.

Danny Welbeck, Olivier Giroud and Santi Cazorla will all miss out though injury.

Chelsea will be missing Gary Cahill at centre-back, but Andreas Christensen should be fit to play despite going off at the weekend with a head injury.

Thibaut Courtois missed the game against Brighton at the weekend but should return, whilst Cesc Fabregas and Danny Drinkwater are both likely to miss out.
