Tottenham welcome Everton to Wembley on Saturday as the Premier League returns this weekend.

Spurs will be hoping to sneak into the Champions League places ahead of Liverpool (who face Manchester City on Sunday) with a win against the Toffees.

Mauricio Pochettino’s men will be buoyed with the fact that they haven’t lost to the Merseysiders in over five years.

Sam Allardyce’s side are now winless in five and come off the back of a 2-1 defeat to local rivals Liverpool in the FA Cup.

New signing Cenk Tosun is expected to feature.

When is Tottenham vs Everton and what time is kick-off?

The game takes place on Saturday 13 January at Wembley with kick-off at 5.30pm.

The match will be televised live on BT Sport 1, and BT Sport 4K UHD with coverage starting from 5pm. BT Sport subscribers will be able to stream the match online via the video player and the BT Sport app.

What is the team news?

Mauricio Pochettino is expected to make a number of changes from the team who beat Wimbledon 3-0 in the FA Cup.

Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen and Heung-Min Son were all rested, although talisman Harry Kane started the game .

Harry Winks is still out with an ankle injury and Danny Rose has a knee issue, while Toby Alderweireld remains on the sidelines with a hamstring problem.

Everton will still be without Ramiro Fuses Mori, Idrissa Gueye, Leighton Baines and Seamus Coleman.
