Chelsea host Swansea tonight at Stamford Bridge and Antonio Conte’s men will want nothing but three points in order to exert pressure on the two Manchester clubs.

Conte told a news conference at Cobham Training Centre on Tuesday about the current status of his squad.

‘I can tell you who are the players not available for tomorrow: it’s David Luiz, for a knee problem, and Musonda,’ Conte said.

‘Then Batshuayi and Kenedy are trying to find the best form to come back and be fit 100%, to come back.’

Cesc Fabregas could make a return to the starting 11 after impressing coming off the bench against Liverpool.

Swansea will be without the impressive Tammy Abraham as he is ineligible to play against his parent club due to the terms of his loan from Chelsea.

Kyle Bartley is a long-term absentee and Swansea captain Federico Fernandez missed the game against Bournemouth due to the death of his father.
