Manchester City can all-but confirm their place in next season’s Champions League with a win over West Brom when they meet in the Premier League on Tuesday night.

Pep Guardiola’s side are currently fourth with a three point lead over Arsenal in fifth and with a better goal difference. With just two games to go, three points over the Baggies should see them into the top four come the end of the season.

Tony Pulis’ team are still in the top half after an impressive campaign but have hit a very poor run of form, losing five of their last six games.
