The final week of the Premier League season features most of the teams with very little to play for. There is no relegation battle, Chelsea are champions and Tottenham Hotspur will finish second; Everton will play the Europa League and the mid-table teams won't go up or down. It's all about finishing things up, but there are still three clubs fighting for big things.

Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal will go until the last day in the fight for a place in the Champions League next season, and City have the best odds at the moment. With two matches to go, the Sky Blues can finish in third place with six points, or in fourth with four points. They can't afford to drop points on Tuesday's match against West Bromwich Albion, so they can go into the season finale against Watford needing just a draw to get a Top 4 finish.

Tony Pulis continues to motivate his players to finish in eighth place, and a shock result at the Etihad will get Albion a huge boost. They come to Manchester in poor form, but they'll make the game tough and City will need to fight hard to get a win.

In terms of injures, Pep Guardiola won't miss any key stars, although midfielder Fabian Delph is out for the season with a muscle problem. He joins Claudio Bravo and Ilkay Gundogan in the injured list, while West Brom have four players who could miss out.

Below is the full list of injury doubts. There are no suspensions for this one:
