Crystal Palace and Watford target Khouma Babacar has his heart set on winning trophies with Fiorentina before leaving the club.

The striker is a target for the Premier League pair after impressing in Italy this season with 11 goals in all competitions.

Crystal Palace and Watford have been tracking the 24-year-old for a year and they are ready to move for him this summer.

But they may now think twice about swooping for the Senegal international as he has revealed his hunger to win trophies with La Viola.

"Fiorentina are worth much more than than the current league position," Babacar told Gazzetta dello Sport

"Sometimes we have shown it. My first aim is to stay in Florence and win a trophy wearing this shirt.

"Only after focusing on this achievement could I think of going in search of new challenges. Florence is my home."
