Manchester United transfer news: Paul Pogba latest as resolution looks close and he drops social media hint

The transfer saga of the summer finally looks like it is coming to an end, if you are to believe the latest reports.

Paul Pogba's move to Man United had been held up over who would pay the player's agent, Mino Raiola, his fee, which is believed to be between £20m and £25m.

However, this hurdle looks like it has been overcome and a resolution appears imminent.

See below for the latest details in Pogba’s Manchester United transfer.

Pogba teased fans regarding his future as he appeared to drop a large hint in his latest Instagram post. The picture is completely back and white, but for his red hat and trainers. So is it red for Manchester United? Or black and white for Juventus?

United to pay Raiola fee

Pogba will finally become a Manchester United player after the Red Devils buckled and agreed to pay the bulk of Raiola’s agent fee. The Sun report the deal will cost United £112m in total which includes £92m for Pogba and £20m for his Italian-born Dutch agent. Juventus have agreed to pay Raiola the remaining £4m as the final sticking point in the deal appears to be done.

Pogba to be a Red Devil in 48 hours

The world record deal could be finalised within the next two days with United lodging a new offer which will reach £100m if all the add-ons are paid, say the Guardian. Juve also want another installment should Pogba renew his contract with United in the future. The Red Devils are so confident that they have now got their man that Pogba is now waiting for the official green light so he can have his medical, likely to take place in the United States, where he is currently on holiday.
