Jack Wilshere injury leaves ‘gutted’ Arsenal fans unsure about his future

Jack Wilshere will miss the rest of the 2016/17 season as a scan has revealed the Arsenal midfielder has broken his leg.

The midfielder, on loan at Bournemouth, was substituted during the club's 4-0 defeat to Tottenham and is the latest setback for a player with a history of injuries.

Following the news, Arsenal fans expressed their disappointment Wilshere will once again be sidelined and questioned whethere there is a way back into Arsene Wenger's first team and if he should be offered an extension to a contract that expires in 2018.
