Carlos Bacca LATEST: Agent of Arsenal and West Ham target hints at possible move to ‘ambitious’ Marseille

The agent of Arsenal and West Ham target Carlos Bacca has hinted his client may consider a move to Marseille.

The striker looks set to leave AC Milan this summer after almost jumping ship a year ago.

Back then it was West Ham who were fighting hard to sign the Colombian, while Arsenal were also thought to be keeping tabs on the 30-year-old.

Now it is Marseille who have emerged as contenders to land the forward and Bacca's agent, Sergio Barila, has hinted they could be an option as his client looks to leave Milan.

"Ligue 1 has become an attractive league, as more and more clubs are trying to compete with Paris Saint-Germain," Barila told RMC.

"The presence of a great like [Marseille sporting director] Andoni Zubizarreta proves that OM have a serious and ambitious project.

"This is the World Cup year and Carlos wants to participate with his Colombia. That means he must choose a club that can guarantee him visibility."
