Chelsea’s best possible outcome: Finish in the top three and qualify directly for the group stage of the Champions League.

Arsenal to finish 10th? Every top seven side’s best and worst possible finish REVEALED

The season is drawing to a close, and the final Premier League table is starting to take shape.

Chelsea and Tottenham have pulled away at the top, and if their current form continues they will surely confirm their places in next season's Champions League before too long.

Behind the London rivals, there are five teams fighting it out to finish in the top four - and secure the UCL football that would bring.

Liverpool lead the race with 66 points to their name, followed closely by Manchester City (64) and Manchester United (60).

Arsenal and Everton reside 6th and 7th right now, both on 57 points, though they are still in with a shout of making it into the top four.

If they fail to finish that high, it will be Europa League football next season - or maybe even no European football at all.

So, what is the best and worst possible finish for every top seven team this season? Click the right arrow, above, to find out...
