Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United target Jose Gimenez would sign a contract for life at Atletico Madrid if offered

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United target Jose Gimenez has revealed it is his dream to play in the Premier League - but he is willing to sign a contract for life at Atletico Madrid.

The Uruguayan has flourished at the Spanish club and is now one of the most promising centre-backs in Europe.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are all fans of the 22-year-old and he has been linked with a big-money move to England.

Gimenez admits the lure of the Premier League is hard to resist because playing in England is one of his ambitions as he looks to continue his career.

But the defender has also confessed that he would find it very hard to turn his back on Atletico after they helped him develop.

"I dream about playing in the Premier League because all the games are pretty even," Gimenez told Direct TV Uruguay.

"But if Atletico make a contract for life, I am staying. Atletico have taught me so much since the day I arrived.

"I'm privileged to be at the club. I'm calm about transfer rumours and I always discuss them with my representatives."
