Liverpool stars depart training in pairs following their thrilling win over Manchester City as Jurgen Klopp’s squad get set to face Swansea
Stars James Milner, Danny Ward, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ben Woodburn, Alberto Moreno and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain all carpooled away from the club's latest training session after three days off
LIVERPOOL'S stars have returned to training ahead after becoming the first Premier League team to beat Manchester City this season.
The Reds have a Premier League trip to bottom club Swansea to worry about on Monday night.
And after their thrilling defeat of Pep Guardiola's side, Liverpool's stars were given three days off.
Now, back at Melwood for the first time since that 4-3 epic, a lot of the players have been pairing up to drive to and from training.
James Milner and keeper Danny Ward paired up, as did Trent Alexander-Arnold with fellow youngster Ben Woodburn.
Milner drove a BMW X5, while the teenage pair cruised in an Audi A3.
Alberto Moreno and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain also opted to carpool from Melwood.
Alexander-Arnold, 19, has been on rotation at right-back for Jurgen Klopp after exploding on to the scene this season.

While Woodburn has had a fantastic impact on the international scene for Wales, he is yet to make the big breakthrough with Jurgen Klopp and could be loaned out for the rest of the season, with Chris Coleman's Sunderland a likely destination.
Meanwhile the likes of Joe Gomez, Georginio Wijnaldum, Virgil van Dijk and Emre Can all decided to go it alone.
But Can and Van Dijk will have had to be careful they didn't get confused as they both drive the same car... with the same colour.
Liverpool are currently three points behind Manchester United in third after 23 games, with the Merseysiders just ahead of Chelsea on goal difference.
They are set to face the Swans in the Monday night game in South Wales, before hosting West Brom in the FA Cup five days later, followed by a Premier League clash at Huddersfield on January 30.
