WEST HAM have today announced David Moyes as their new manager - despite fans clearly feeling he is not the man for the job.
Moyes worked wonders at Everton for over a decade - even guiding them into the top four one season on a shoestring budget.
However, ill-fated stints in a number of jobs since then have resulted in fans in East London being utterly distraught at the news of his appointment, with only 16 per cent of Hammers followers wanting him in.
In our exclusive Voice of the Fans poll, Moyes came joint last in the voting, behind clear favourite Roberto Mancini on 33 per cent, Sam Allardyce on 18 per cent, Alan Pardew on 17 per cent and level with Burnley chief Sean Dyche on 16 per cent.
Of course, Moyes was given the unenviable task of trying to fill Sir Alex Ferguson's boots at Manchester United.
He then tried his hand in La Liga with Real Sociedad before boarding the Sunderland sinking ship.
