Victor Lindelof gets over being dropped by Manchester United by heading out shopping with fiancee after Friday’s training
Swedish defender is still yet to feature in the Premier League for his new club and is set to miss out for Liverpool clash
VICTOR LINDELOF got over being dropped by Manchester United by heading out shopping with stunning fiancee Maja Nilsson on Friday.
The Swedish defender, 23, is still yet to feature in the Premier League for his new club and is set to miss out for Liverpool clash at Anfield on Saturday.
Lindelof joined United from Benfica in the summer in a £31million deal, but struggled on his debut against Real Madrid in the Super Cup.
The United ace has since been forced into the role of cup specialist, having played twice in the Champions League and once in the EFL Cup.
Jose Mourinho's men won all three games, conceding just twice in the process - yet Lindelof still is yet to force his way into contention.
However, he looked content on Friday as he stepped out to the shops with fiancee Nilsson in Hale Barns, Cheshire.
The pair looked chilly as they donned woolly hats and jackets, clutching shopping bags in the crisp autumn air.
Lindelof and Nilsson got engaged in June, just days after his mega-money move to Manchester.
Swede beauty Nilsson posted the news on Instagram alongside several ring and heart emojis: "YES!! ALWAYS AND FOREVER YES YES YES YES."
She later said under another snap: "READY TO BE MRS LINDELOF."
