CHELSEA youngster Charly Musonda appears to have launched an astonishing rant against the club.

The Belgian midfielder scored in his one Blues appearance - against Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup last month - since joining from Anderlecht in 2012.

Musonda, 20, spent last season out on loan at Real Betis and has made the Chelsea bench four times since his return.

And the rising star, who signed a four-year Stamford Bridge deal in 2015, appears to be fed up with his lack of opportunity.

Alongside a picture of a black screen, a post on the youngster's social media account reads: "You sacrifice, you work hard, harder, you give more than what's expected, and often more than you can, because you love what you do and clearly more than you should.

"And what do you get back? Literally nothing... done.

"However, with this being said I will continue with the same dedication and commitment to this great game."

It is not confirmed whether Musonda wrote the post himself, and whether it is regarding Chelsea.

Few from the Blues' academy break into the first team and are often farmed out on loan.

Youth products Nathan Ake, Dom Solanke and Bertrand Traore left Stamford Bridge in the summer for more regular first-team football.

While promising England Under-21 stars Tammy Abraham and Ruben Loftus-Cheek joined Swansea and Crystal Palace on loan.

Andreas Christensen seems to have broken the trend with a regular run of games since returning to Chelsea from two seasons on loan at Borussia Monchengladbach.

Passionate Musonda admitted he was so overwhelmed after scoring on his Blues debut that he cried.

He said: "It was my first start and it was very exciting.

"It was an emotional moment to score my first goal at the Bridge. I can’t even remember it now! I was very happy and you could see that. I was in tears to be honest.

"To be honest, I was more nervous before the game. I had to wait for so long for the game to start, a 7.45pm kick-off, so when the game started I was at ease and I felt really good.

"I come from the Academy and it was a great experience to be able to play my first game with the first team here at the Bridge, but it’s only the first game and I have to keep on working."

Boss Antonio Conte told Musonda to seize any chance he gets in Chelsea's star-studded team.

He said: "I think Charly played very well. He's trying to work a lot to improve his physical impact.

"He's a talented player and he has to continue in this way. When there is the opportunity, the chance, to help us, he must do this."
