As Chelsea star Eden Hazard is set to become the Premier League’s highest earner at £300,000-a-week, check out the division’s top ten
CHELSEA are set to offer Eden Hazard a bumper new £300,000-a-week deal... one that will make him the highest earner in English football.
The mega-money deal will take the Belgian, 26, above Manchester United’s Paul Pogba in the pay stakes.
Hazard has not long broken back into the Chelsea first-team after suffering a broken ankle in the summer.
He made his return in the 2-1 win over Leicester earlier this month after playing for his country during the international break.
Hazard is currently still one of the top earners in England on £220,000 per week.
But should the Belgian winger put pen to paper on the eye-watering new contract, how would the top ten highest-earners table look?
Blues ace Hazard sits top, with United star Pogba not far behind - but it's the French star's new team-mate Romelu Lukaku who takes the No3 spot.
Hazard's international team-mate is earning a whopping £250,000 since swapping Everton for United.
