Arsenal have been chasing the France international all summer.

Arsene Wenger has had three offers rejected for his services including a £45m bid, with the French boss declaring that any move to bring him in this window is “dead”.

Monaco boss Leonardo Jardim is reluctant to offload any more players having seen the likes of Tiemoue Bakayoko, Benjamin Mendy and Bernardo Silva already leave the club.

Monaco are also trying to fend off interest for Kylian Mbappe, who looks set to join Ligue 1 rivals Paris Saint-Germain.

While it's back to drawing board for Liverpool regarding their pursuit of Lemar, they have confirmed the signing of Naby Keita.

The RB Leipzig star signed for a club-record fee of £48million and he will arrive at Anfield next summer.

Liverpool may also miss out on another player in the shape of Renato Sanches, with Swansea eyeing a shock loan move for the midfielder.

Recent reports from Italy suggested the 20-year-old was set for a move to Anfield.

Chelsea, AC Milan and Monaco have all been linked with Sanches, who is regarded as one of Europe’s brightest talents despite a poor first season in Germany.
