Alexander-Arnold shot to fame by marking his first Champions League game with a terrific goal against Hoffenheim.

The 18-year-old curled in a beauty to move his boyhood club one step closer towards a crack at conquering Europe.

Midfielder Davies, 19, broke into the Everton squad last season and has maintained his good Premier League progress.

He has appeared at England Under-16 to Under-19 levels, and captained the Under 19s.

Trent-Alexander, too, has appeared for the same four England youth teams.
