WISSAM BEN YEDDER's hat-trick fired Sevilla to a comfortable victory over Maribor on Tuesday.
Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool side will now be on full alert as they contend for the top spot in group E of the prolific competition.
Sevilla took the lead in southern Spain with a tap-in from former Spurs target Ben Yedder, assisted by a terrific run through a sea of players from Joaquin Correa.
The 27-year-old doubled his tally with a neat left-footed effort from a tight angle following an imposing through ball from Franco Vasquez.
He went on to score his hat-trick in the dying stages of the game with a strike from the penalty spot.
