Soccer AM is back for the new season and their first You Know The Drill saw them take on Premier League side Southampton.
New presenter Jimmy Bullard took his co-hosts Fenners and Tubes down to the south coast to take part in the training drills used by the Saints.
Midfielder James Ward-Prowse was the man to oversee the contest between the Sky Sports show and his team-mates, showing them the drills with some inch-perfect precision before they took part themselves.
Southampton were represented by striker Shane Long, midfielder Sofiane Boufal and defender Jack Stephens for the head-to-head contest as Ward-Prowse took the role of special guest referee.
The training drills tested the participants on long-range shooting, close-range finishing, volleying and there was even a diving header attempted by one player...
