Paul Butler believes that he has got under Stuart Hall’s skin before their rematch on Saturday night at Liverpool’s Echo Arena, live on Sky Sports.

The Ellesmere Port man will face bitter rival Hall in a world title eliminator as they again go toe-to-toe after Butler narrowly won their 2014 world title clash.

The 28-year-old is convinced that, especially now he has linked up with trainer Joe Gallagher, he will have too much for Hall, 37, and Butler says that he cannot wait to get his hands on the Darlington man.

"Camps gone brilliantly, everything has gone to plan and I am ready to improve on our first fight," Butler exclusively told Sky Sports.

I really can't wait to get my hands on him and put leather to his face.

"I'm now working with Gallagher and the gym is buzzing, so many of us are in massive fights and we all push each other - champions breed champions.

"I really feel strong and fresh right now and I believe that Hall will be in for a massive shock when he sees me in the ring.

"I feel that I do get under his skin and as the fight gets closer, you begin to dislike the person even more. I really can't wait to get my hands on him and put leather to his face."

When the pair first met, Butler had to go on the road to Newcastle, but despite the return bout taking place in Butler's backyard, the 28-year-old does not believe it plays too much of a factor.

"I don't feel added pressure for this fight, I love boxing in Liverpool, it's just important that you do not lose your head.

"I have known for a long time now to stick to my boxing and the gameplan. I know that there will be times where we will trade and I go with him, but I still know the plan and what I need to do.

"For Hall, I think he will deal with being the away fighter well actually and it won't phase him. He seems like myself in a way and is just buzzing for the fight, he will enjoy and thrive walking into the lions' den."

Watch Paul Butler against Stuart Hall, with Rocky Fielding battling David Brophy, Tom Farrell against Ohara Davies and Sean Dodd taking on Tom Stalker, from 7pm this Saturday on Sky Sports Arena.
