It’s getting to that point in the summer where transfer business starts to drag too much and bleed into competitive matches. Everton begin their Europa League journey later this week. At the same time, they are hung up on Gylfi Sigurdsson and his massive sign-on fee. Ronald Koeman and the boys in blue have bigger things to focus on. If they want him so bad, pay Swansea City exactly what they want. If he’s not worth it, move on. There’s football to play, and the team needs to mold together as soon as possible.
