Adnan Januzaj has finally - FINALLY - left Manchester United.

It was easy to forget that the Belgian winger was still technically a United player. Given that the youngster - who spent last season on loan at Sunderland - last played for the Red Devils in May 2016 and has never featured in Jose Mourinho's plans, United fans would have been forgiven for thinking Januzaj had already left the club.

As it turns out, he was still there… until his move to Real Sociedad was confirmed on Wednesday.

The 22 year-old, who was once touted as the next Ryan Giggs, has joined the Spanish side for an initial fee of £8million, which rise to £9.8million.

As is often the case these days, Januzaj marked his Old Trafford departure by posting a big, long thank you message to the club on social media.

Nothing terribly unusual in that.

However, take a closer look at his tweet:

Amid the reminiscing ( "I've had some incredible moments" ), the thanking of his team mates ( "thank you to all my teammates that have come and gone from the club" ) and the love for the fans ( "have stuck by me through the good and bad times" ), there is a comment about United's coaches which…

…well, it didn't sound quite as positive as the rest of the message:

"Thank you to some of the coaches and staff that work at Manchester United to make it such a great club!"

SOME OF.

So, who were the United coaches Januzaj pointedly left out of his thank you? Well, given that Januzaj is currently on his own personal David Moyes tribute tour, it's probably not the man who gave him his United debut.

Which takes us to…

"If I ever hear you've been bad mouthing me, little man…" (
