Fulham have signed Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo on loan for the rest of the season.

The Cottagers beat Middlesbrough and Derby to secure the signature of the England under-20 World Cup winner.

Ojo, 20, made just two Reds appearances last season having made 11 the previous campaign after starting the year on loan at Wolves and was facing another season of limited game time at Anfield.

And Jurgen Klopp was keen for Ojo, who became English football's most expensive 14 year-old when he joined Liverpool from MK Dons in 2011 for £2m, to be loaned out to continue his development.

Fulham chief Tony Khan saidd: "I'm delighted to welcome Sheyi Ojo to the Fulham Football Club. I've had the pleasure of spending time with Sheyi and his family, and I've seen firsthand what a tremendous work ethic Sheyi has both on and off the pitch.

"He possesses fantastic physical talents and also carries himself with poise and class, and I know that he's going to be a great addition to our squad."
