West Ham have been told that they will have to stump up £15million for Bournemouth’s Harry Arter.

Irons boss David Moyes is keep to add more mobility to his midfield this month while Arter is ready to quit the south coast for London.

The clubs are far apart in their valuation, however, with West Ham unwilling to overpay for the 28-year-old.

Crystal Palace are also interested in Republic of Ireland international Arter who signed a new four-year deal last summer.

Roy Hodgson is targeting up to seven new faces as he looks to increase his squad depth and address his mounting injuries.
