The continued development of Man City wonderkid Ian Carlo Poveda appears to be going from strength to strength.
The 16-year-old bagged two goals for his side in their under 7-0 demolition of Liverpool U18s.
He took to Instagram after the game to upload footage of his brace, writing: "Great team effort beating Liverpool 7-0 on Saturday, also good to get two goals. Onto the next game now."
His first effort sees him latching onto a pass on the edge of the area after sprinting from the halfway line.
The starlet takes a touch to move into the box before smashing a left-footed shot past the keeper.
His second goal caps off an incredible piece of team play, started by the youngster himself, who beats a defender and picks out his man in the middle.
After a couple of passes, Poveda finds the ball back at his feet and taps it home.
The 16-year-old started his career at Puerto Malagueno in Malaga before joining Arsenal's academy and later Barcelona's.
After a spell on loan at Brentford, the England U16 international, who is half Colombian, signed for City.
