Paul Pogba was shown a straight red card for a brutal tackle on Hector Bellerin as Manchester United ran out 3-1 winners against Arsenal on Saturday.

The Frenchman went into a 50/50 challenge with the Spaniard, who came off second best as momentum took Pogba forward.

Replays showed the Red Devils midfielder trampled on Bellerin's calf, a challenge which had referee Andre Marriner reaching for his pocket.

One photographer decided to capture the Manchester United manager's reaction to Pogba being sent off moments after the red card was brandished.

But it wasn't the Red Devils boss who made the picture, rather linesman Simon Beck, whose face summed up the late drama.

Along with Ashley Young, who also looked on at the action, Beck stood on the touchline with a look of complete astonishment etched on his face.

Speaking about the red card after the game, Mourinho said: "I did not see it.

"I was not even looking in that direction, no television yet for me, I just know that Paul is frustrated, a bit disappointed with his colleague [Laurent] Koscielny for this kind of reaction.

"But Paul is very frustrated because everyone knows Paul is a clean player and was not his intention at all to be close to a red card."
