Chelsea winger Eden Hazard scored on his return to action as Belgium thrashed Gibraltar 9-0 this evening.

The Red Devils ran riot, despite playing much of the match with 10 men following Axel Witsel's dismissal, with Romelu Lukaku scoring a hat-trick.

Hazard is yet to feature for the Blues this term having suffered a broken ankle over the summer, delaying his pre-season.

He featured in Chelsea's Under-23s' defeat by Everton last week, but his start this evening will provide Blues fans with a boost ahead of returning to Premier League action.

Hazard joined fellow Premier League players Thibaut Courtois, Toby Alderweireld, Vincent Kompany, Jan Vertonghen, Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku in the starting XI.

Simon Mignolet, Mousa Dembele, Christian Benteke and Michy Batshuayi were named among the substitutes.
