Arsene Wenger doesn't Alexis Sanchez picked up a serious injury in Tuesday's win over Leicester

The Chilean attacker was substituted with over 20 minutes to play at the Emirates after suffering a blow to his knee.

However, Wenger admitted he is concerned about the fitness of midfielder Aaron Ramsey.

The Welshman was also withdrawn after picking up what looked like another hamstring injury.

"Alexis Sanchez does not look bad, a kick on the knee," said Wenger.

PLAYER RATINGS: Arsenal vs Leicester

"Aaron Ramsey is a bit more worrying because it is a muscular injury but the fact he had to stop straight away is not a good sign."

Ramsey has already spent six weeks on the sidelines with a hamstring injury this season after picking up a strain during the Gunners' Champions League clash against Galatasaray in December.

As well as being disappointed with Ramsey's fitness prospects, Wenger voiced his frustration at Arsenal's below-par performance in the win over Leicester.

First-half goals from Laurent Koscielny and Theo Walcott were enough to claim all three points for the Gunners.

But Andrej Kramaric ensured a nervy ending at the Emirates by netting his first Premier League strikr for Leicester since his club record move in January.

"We had some good moments in the game and a good spirit. We dropped in the second half and became a bit nervous," added Wenger.

"I'm surprised this team [Leicester] is bottom of the league. I knew that before the game. If they can keep believing in what they are doing I think they will get out."
