Arsene Wenger lost the plot after his bitter feud with Jose Mourinho spilled over again.

Wenger pushed Mourinho in a furious touchline bust-up, claimed Chelsea should have had two players sent off and then insisted Arsenal were denied a penalty.

The Gunners boss claimed the shove on Mourinho was not that bad and even offered to show journalists in the post-match press conference what a proper push is really like.

"You would see if I really try to push (you). Come on," said Wenger. "Honestly, I don't listen to what he says.

"I trust you to teach me all the moral lessons in the next two weeks, and I can accept that. I'm long enough in the game to see things the right way."

Wenger is likely to escape any punishment from the FA as referee Martin Atkinson dealt with his bust-up at the time.

He insisted he was trying to get to Alexis Sanchez to see if he was OK after a foul by Gary Cahill and Mourinho blocked his path.

Wenger claimed Cahill should have seen red for the foul and said Oscar could have been sent off for persistent fouling. Mourinho claimed he was incensed with Wenger for trying to get Cahill sent off.

"It wouldn't surprise you if you watched it (Cahill foul) again," said Wenger. "No (I don't regret what happened). What is there to regret?

"I wanted to go from A to B and somebody confronted me before B without any sign of welcome."

Wenger insisted Arsenal were unlucky to lose and said they should have had a penalty after Cesc Fabregas - who was jeered by the travelling fans - blocked Jack Wilshere's shot with his arm.

"Second half it was all us and, at 1-0, we were a bit unlucky," said Wenger who has not beaten Mourinho in 12 attempts. "Some English referees say it was a penalty."

Mourinho made it 12 games unbeaten against Wenger and blamed him for enflaming the situation.

He said: "It becomes heated because it's a big game, big clubs, big rivals, an important match for both teams. I think these conditions make a game of emotions.

"After that, there are two technical areas. One for me, one for him. He was coming into my technical area and not for the right reasons, to give some technical instructions. He was coming to push the referee for a red card, and I didn't like that.

"We have to enjoy the moment. The moment is good. We won matches in the Premier League, we recovered from a bad result in the Champions League, we won our game in the Capital One Cup. We have only reasons to be happy."
