Hughie Fury dropped in on Manchester United 's training session on Friday ahead of his world title tilt.

The unbeaten heavyweight takes on WBO champ Joseph Parker in the city tomorrow night.

And he received some last-minute inspiration from the Old Trafford heroes as he prepared for the weigh-in later on Friday.

Fury was at the club's stadium on Thursday for the final press conference, and said: "It's going to be a pleasure to perform there in my hometown, born and bred.

"My heart goes out to all the families. I'm going to put on the greatest performance of my life and bring the belt back to Manchester

"You can look at my previous fights, whatever. No-one is going to see what I hit him with, because this is a different Hughie. When I say I'm going to knock him out, I'm going to knock him out."

Aside from an exhibition bout this summer, Fury has not fought for more than 15 months.

He has stopped 10 of his 20 opponents and has had to overcome a serious acne condition.

Parker meanwhile won his world title against Andy Ruiz last December.

And he said: "All the talk has been done. It's time to get in the ring and do my thing. I'm ready, prepared and powerful. He wants to knock me out, I'm going to knock him out.

"I feel the UK is where the heavyweight scene is at. We want to be a part of it.

"It's important to make a statement and there is no better way against a young, hungry fighter like Hughie."
