Arsenal are lining up a move for Reading’s academy boss Lee Herron as they look to revamp their youth setup, reports claim.

The Gunners have appointed centre-back Per Mertesacker as the new academy boss for the 2018/19 season but they are keen to add staff members to work under the German ace.

Emirates bosses are keen for Herron to join the club, after doing an impressive job with Reading.
