Manchester United have agreed a deal to secure the transfer of Serge Aurier, provided he is allowed to enter the country, reports say.

Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho is still looking to add to his squad and has instructed Ed Woodward to land at least one more star this summer, with Ivan Perisic also on the club’s radar.

And Aurier has emerged as a top target, as Paris Saint-Germain look to raise funds for Neymar’s move from Barcelona.

The Ivory Coast right-back is one of the players set to be offloaded in order for the Brazilian megastar to join and United are closing in on his signature.

But he can only move to Old Trafford if he sees his ban to the UK lifted, according to the Mirror.

Aurier was found guilty of assaulting a police officer outside a Paris nightclub last year.

A month after the incident, the PSG ace was denied entry to the UK for a Champions League game against Arsenal in October after seeing a visa revoked.

The 24-year-old has since lodged an appeal against his conviction to the courts, which is due to be heard next week.

Should his appeal be successful, Aurier will sign a £90,000-a-week deal to move to the red half of Manchester.
