The pair were influential figures on and off the pitch in Chelsea’s Premier League title triumph last season.

And despite interest from Real Madrid earlier in the window, Conte managed to keep hold of his star winger this summer.

Hazard has fallen out with his boss in the past such as with Jose Mourinho when he was sacked in 2015.

Conte’s future has also been speculated about after Chelsea missed out on a number of his key transfer targets.

But between just player and manager, Hazard is happy under Conte.

Although the Belgium international maintains they are professional at Stamford Bridge more than anything.

“I have a good relationship with all my managers,” Hazard told the Daily Mail.

“You know we train every day together and we can talk together and laugh together.

“So yes absolutely we have a good relationship.

“I wouldn’t say ‘friends’ because it is difficult to be friends with your manager so I wouldn't say that.

“But we have a good relationship.”

Hazard is yet to feature this season as the 25-year-old has been recovering from an ankle injury.

However, after playing for Belgium on international duty, Conte is expected to bring Hazard back for Chelsea at Leicester on Saturday.
