The Gunners are set for a busy final couple of days in the transfer market.

But further outgoings are more likely than incomings as Arsenal face the prospect of losing Alexis Sanchez to City.

Kieran Gibbs has left for West Brom, while Lucas Perez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could also go.

Up front, though, the Gunners believe they are well stocked.

As a result, the Mirror claim Arsenal will not move for prolific Premier League hitman Aguero.

Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero is not wanted by Arsenal

The Argentina international has been linked with a switch to the Emirates as part of a potential swap deal involving Sanchez.

City are looking to strike a straight-cash deal for the Chile star, having had a £50m bid rejected.

Aguero’s future at the club would be in doubt should Sanchez join and increase Pep Guardiola’s array of attacking options.

But even if Aguero becomes available ahead of tomorrow’s 11pm deadline, Arsenal are not fazed.

The Mirror add the Gunners have little interest in handing a big contract to a player who turns 30 next summer.

Arsenal may head into September with Alexandre Lacazette, Olivier Giroud and Danny Welbeck as their centre-forwards.

But it appears the club would be prepared to leave Arsene Wenger with those options.

Reports have suggested Arsenal may yet eye Paris St-Germain’s Julian Draxler, but Aguero is not one on their radar.
