Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho has been targeted by Barcelona

The Spanish giants want Coutinho, 25, as a replacement for Paris St—Germain bound Neymar.

Liverpool adamantly insist the Brazilian is going nowhere and have already knocked one bid back from Barca.

But Sky Sports man Dharmesh Sheth says Barcelona think they will get their man - if they bid £90m.

Appearing on Sky Sports' Transfer Centre, Sheth said: "Neymar's future could have implications on Liverpool and Philippe Coutinho.

"Liverpool's stance remains unchanged, he's not for sale.

"He's happy, he signed a five-year contract in January.

"Barcelona, though, believe Coutinho would join and an offer of £90million would be enough."

Former Liverpool striker Dean Saunders, who is now a pundit, has come up with a crazy transfer plan if the Reds do sell.

He's proposed that Liverpool flog their prized asset and replace him with Isco, Juan Mata and Gylfi Sigurdsson.

Speaking to Alan Brazil on talkSPORT, Saunders said: "For me, you could sign Isco for £30m. You could sign Juan Mata or Gylfi Sigurdsson.

"I think they should sell him if they get the right price.

"There's players you can sign to replace Coutinho.

"Luis Suarez, he was irreplaceable. There's certain players that are irreplaceable but for me, he's replaceable for £100m."
