SUPERSTAR: Juventus want to keep Paul Pogba

The French midfielder, currently starring at Euro 2016, has been consistently linked with an exit from the Turin giants for several months.

According to the Manchester Evening News last week, new Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has made Pogba is his priority signing for this transfer window.

They claimed Mourinho vetoed a move for Roma’s Miralem Pjanic, who has since joined Juve, to focus on landing Pogba.

The 23-year-old left Old Trafford in 2012 and has since gone on to become one of Europe's finest players.

Several clubs, including Real Madrid, have been linked with him but Juve are determined to not lose their star.

TuttoSport claim the Serie A champions are so reluctant to sell that even an offer close to £120m would be rejected.

They go on to claim that Juve are ready to hand Pogba a new deal and bump his yearly wage up from £3.75m to over £5m.

Pogba’s Juve team-mate Paulo Dybala believes the midfielder will stay put this summer.

He told Marca: "Pogba will remain here. I spoke with him and I believe he will stay. We didn't talk about football but I believe that will be the case."
