ArsenalĀ striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may be required to provide testimony to a German court regarding last year's terror attack on the Borussia Dortmund team bus via video-link.

The 28-year-old was due to give evidence about last April's atrocity two days before his Ā£56million switch to the Emirates Stadium was completed.

But the former Dortmund player skipped the court date, claiming he was too ill to attend.Ā

Aubameyang had to submit a medical certificate to court to ensure he would not be fined Ā£900.Ā 

But the matter is not over for Aubameyang, with German law enforcement considering whether Arsenal's record signing can provide his testimony from London via video link.

Wenger said: 'These guys have the experience. They have played top level games and they know what is most important to do.

'They all just need to focus on the performance and how we want to play the game tactically.

'We are in the middle of the season, why would these guys not repeat those kinds of performances?'
