Former Arsenal and Manchester City defender Bacary Sagna has joined the Serie A's bottom team, Benevento, for the rest of the season.
The 34-year-old ex-France international's deal includes an option for a further year.
A statement on the club's website on Saturday read: 'This morning, at the Caravaggio Sporting Village in Naples, an agreement was reached between Benevento Calcio and Bacary Sagna.

'In the presence of president Oreste Vigorito, the French defender from Senegal signed a contract with the Giallorossi until June 30.
'The deal includes the option for the extension until June 30, 2019.Ā
'Bacary Sagna will be available to coach Roberto De Zerbi from next week.'
The former Manchester City defender has joined Serie A's bottom-placed club
Benevento prop up Serie A, having collected just seven points from their first 22 games.
Sagna, who won 65 caps for Les Bleus, has been without a club since leaving Manchester City last summer.
He spent three years at City after a seven year spell at Arsenal where he won the FA Cup in 2013-14. Ā Ā
