Manchester United stars and their manager Jose Mourinho have been snapped arriving for a training session on Wednesday but there appeared to be no sign of the squad's big names.
Daley Blind, Michael Carrick and Henrikh Mkhitaryan all drove into the entrance of the club's Carrington training base on a miserable morning in the North West.
However, there was no sign of Paul Pogba, Romelu Lukaku or Jesse Lingard among others as it seems Mourinho gave his key men another day off to recover.

Lukaku could return to action for the club's opening FA Cup fixture at home against Derby on Friday after the Belgian suffered a nasty head injury during last weekend's goalless draw with Southampton.
There was also no sign of Pogba after he delivered a man-of-the-match performance as United ended a four-game winless streak with a 2-0 victory over Everton on New Year's Day.
Lingard was also a notable absentee and Ander Herrera has encouraged his team-mate to adopt a shoot-on-sight policy while his purple patch continues.
The England international reached double figures for the season by crashing home his seventh goal in nine games against Everton.
Among United's players only Lukaku has scored more times this term than Lingard and colleague Herrera wants him to carry on trying his luck.

'It's fantastic - when you are like that he has to keep trying to shoot, shoot, shoot,' the Spaniard said.
'I am not in that moment! I shot three times and I didn't score but I will keep looking for that moment.
'Jesse has it now. He has to keep trying to shoot but the movements he does for the team are also amazing.
'He's very quick at the moment as well. No one can catch him. We are happy for him.
'He wants to improve, he wants to be a fantastic player. You can see in every training session and he's showing it in the games.'
