The couple cosied up in a restaurant, De Gea with his arm around Almagro who stared lovingly into his eyes.
The keeper had a sweet caption for the pic, writing in Spanish: 'Special and unique! Many congratulations, love! I love you!'
The birthday celebrations come before De Gea is seconded all over the country in United's hectic Christmas fixture list.
It begins on Saturday night with the final Premier League game before Christmas day, when De Gea and co visit Leicester City.
They then host Burnley on Boxing Day and Southampton on December 30, before a trip to Everton on New Year's Day and a visit to Derby County in the FA Cup.
