Giannelli Imbula heading for the exit door at Stoke with Serie A side Torino interested in signing him
- Italian side Torino are reportedly keen on Stoke City misfit Giannelli Imbula
- Imbula is currently on loan at Ligue 1 side Toulouse but has fallen out of favour
- Torino are waiting to see whether Toulouse will cut short his season-long loan
Giannelli Imbula could be on the verge of joining Serie A side Torino from Stoke in January.
Imbula, who isn't wanted at Stoke, is currently on a season-long loan at Ligue 1 outfit Toulouse.
The midfielder, however, has fallen out of favour there and could be sent back to Stoke, who bought him for £18.3million from Porto last January.

Imbula was signed by Stoke last January for a club-record fee of £18.3million
If that happens it is said that Torino would be interested in taking him on for the rest of the season or signing him outright.
According to Tuttosport, Torino will make a move for Imbula in January and are ready to offer him a permanent contract next summer.
Former Stoke goalkeeper Shay Given said earlier this season that the club's record signing hadn't tried during his time under Mark Hughes.
The midfielder has struggled at Stoke and has also been criticised by the club's former players
He said: 'Last year I was at Stoke and the transfer record was Imbula for £18m. He's come in from Porto and he's literally not tried since he's been there.
'That's a record signing for Stoke and Stoke's not a massive club financially.
'How do you scout that (heart and desire)? He might look well at Porto. He might have a great past, he might have been great on the ball.'
