Jack Wilshere has been enjoying some quality downtime with his wife and two children ahead of Arsenal's clash with BATE Borisov on Thursday.
The Gunners midfielder took to Twitter on Tuesday afternoon to post a photo of himself ice skating in London with his wife, Andriani, and his two children, Archie and Delilah.
Wilshere, whose club and international career has been plagued with injuries, poked fun out of his own bad luck with setbacks on his Twitter page.

The 25-year-old captioned his social media post: 'Positive week, managed to get through 20 minutes of ice skating without getting injured.'
Wilshere got into the festive spirit with his loved ones ahead of Arsenal's Europa League clash with BATE Borisov on Thursday night at the Emirates.
Arsene Wenger's side secured top spot in their Europa League group last time out in the competition despite their narrow 1-0 defeat by Cologne.
Wilshere will be hoping to get more minutes under his belt on Thursday as he looks to step up his bid to break into Arsenal's starting line-up in the Premier League.
The English midfielder has featured in every European game so far this season. However, he has only played four times in the English top flight, with all these appearances coming off the bench.
