Jose Mourinho hands Manchester United trial to 14-year-old Swedish wonderkid Rines Arifi
- Rines Arifi plays in the youth system of Swedish side Husie IF in Malmo
- The 14-year-old was offered a trial at Manchester United to take place in October

- The Swede described the opportunity as something he has always dreamed of
Manchester United have invited 14-year-old Swedish midfielder Rines Arifi to trial for their academy.
The teenager, who can also play as a striker, plays for Husie IF but will be allowed to visit United's Carrington training complex at the end of October.
Arifi, who lists Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and Cristiano Ronaldo as his football idols, said: 'It feels great. I've dreamed about it since I was little.'

The youngster would become the third Swedish signing made by Jose Mourinho since taking over at Old Trafford, following in the footsteps of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Victor Lindelof.
His father Hajriz Arifi added: 'United will judge him in several different ways as I have understood it. But if they like him, Rines will be invited to their academy.
'He loves football a lot and he has been battling since he was six-years-old. He never misses a training session.'

Mourinho has actively looked to solidify the future of his Premier League outfit since his appointment in 2016 and during the summer added three new youngsters to his academy.
United first signed 16-year-old Aliou Traore from Paris Saint-Germain, followed shortly by former Chelsea youth player Di'Shon Bernard, also 16.
Mourinho's summer academy business was completed when the Red Devils beat Barcelona to the signature of Arnau Puigmal from Espanyol.
