Manchester United have been told that transfer target Krepin Diatta is not yet ready to move from Norwegian football to the Premier League.
Jose Mourinho is said to be a big fan of the 18-year-old Sarpsborg midfielder, and Old Trafford scouts have been to watch him play on a number of occasions.
Despite that, Diatta's representatives believe the Senegalese talent is not developed enough to warrant a move to a big club yet.

Speaking to FootMercato, they said: 'The objective for now is to play.
'I don't think he's ready for a big European club. You need to go through the steps methodically.'
Diatta is only 18, but United are keen to wrap up a deal for him sooner rather than later.
Indeed, the player himself has previously spoken out about his desire to move to England in an interview with local station TV2.

'I didn't know they scouted me,' he said, 'but to join them would be a dream come true.
'I think I'm good enough, but I play for Sarpsborg and love this club. We'll see what happens in the future.'
The youngster has scored two goals in 16 appearances in the Norwegian Tippeligaen this term.
