And now Parish has spoken out about De Boer's poor beginning to his tenure, admitting that his start to life at Selhurst Park has not been ideal.
'It's not been great,' Parish told Sky Sports News.

De Boer is attempting to implement a new style of play at Palace, which is focused on possession and playing more attractive football.
However, results show that De Boer's implementation hasn't clicked in just yet and Parish insists the club will be 'working hard' to turn their fortunes around.
We've got to look at how we've been performing, how we've been playing and what we can do to improve it,' Parish added.
'We'll be working hard and having serious conversations and making sure we turn it around.'
