Tottenham unlikely to launch late bid for Leicester City star Demarai Gray

Tottenham are unlikely to pursue interest in Demarai Gray at this stage.
Gray has grown tired of the lack of first-team opportunities afforded to him by Craig Shakespeare and is ready to leave 18 months after his move from Birmingham City.
The Foxes have been discussing a potential deal for Crystal Palace winger Andros Townsend and Gray has been mentioned as a possible makeweight in that deal this week.

The Leicester forward has also been considered by Everton and Bournemouth with the latter ready to pay upwards of £26million to sign him before Thursday's deadline.
Tottenham, however, are unlikely to enter the race for Gray as they concentrate their efforts on signing Serge Aurier from Paris Saint-Germain while Liverpool striker Divock Origi is also under consideration.
Aurier £23m transfer from the Ligue 1 side looks set to be complete after he was granted a visa by HM Customs while Jurgen Klopp is ready to let Origi leave following the arrival of Dominic Solanke.
Gray was inspirational for England Under 20s on their way to winning the World Cup this summer and started 10 games for Leicester across all competitions last season.
